On these colder days, it’s perfect to have a warm and grounding meal. This energizing porridge recipe features Maca and Cacao powder. It’s nutritious and filling!

1 cup gluten-free rolled oats

½ cup quinoa

2 cups coconut milk

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup

2 teaspoons Maca Root Powder or Gelatinized Maca

2 teaspoon Cacao Alchemy

Toppings:

Fresh fruit

Hemp seeds

Chopped nuts

Extra cinnamon

Extra milk of your choice

Procedure:

  1. Place oats, quinoa, coconut milk, and cinnamon in a small pot. Stir and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until quinoa is fully cooked.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup, maca root, and optional cacao alchemy. Add your toppings and enjoy!
