Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
½ cup quinoa
2 cups coconut milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1-2 Tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons Maca Root Powder or Gelatinized Maca
2 teaspoon Cacao Alchemy
Toppings:
Fresh fruit
Hemp seeds
Chopped nuts
Extra cinnamon
Extra milk of your choice
Procedure:
- Place oats, quinoa, coconut milk, and cinnamon in a small pot. Stir and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until quinoa is fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup, maca root, and optional cacao alchemy. Add your toppings and enjoy!
