⅛ cup coconut oil

¼ cup Cacao powder

2 teaspoons Cacao Alchemy or other superfood powders of choice (ex: Maca root powder, Lucuma powder, Schisandra powder, Ashwagandha root powder)

2 Tablespoons maple syrup 

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Fruit of choice: Strawberries, banana, mandarin wedges, apple slices



  1. Prepare chocolate: In a double boiler, on low heat melt down coconut oil. Once melted, remove from heat and whisk in cacao powder, cacao alchemy, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Prepare chocolate-covered fruit: Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse and dry fruit thoroughly. Dip fruit halfway into the chocolate then place over parchment paper. Once the baking sheet is full, transfer fruit over to the refrigerator until the chocolate solidifies, about 10-20 minutes. Transfer fruit to a serving platter or an air-tight container to store. Keep stored in the refrigerator.
