1 cara cara or blood orange, peeled

½ cup fresh squeezed orange juice

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled 

2 teaspoons Truly Natural Vitamin C powder

¾ cup coconut yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)

1 Medjool date, pitted

1-2 Tablespoons almond butter (optional, for extra protein)



  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the flavor to your liking.
