Grab a small stock pot, add a serving of MacaForce to 8 fl oz of water (or so), whisk the powder into the water, then turn on the burner and bring to a boil (taking care not to over boil), remove from heat, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste (optional) and sip on pure maca Goodness as you allow the energetic shift to take place. You can also add in one of our mushroom products (MycoForce, Reishi, Chaga, Turkey Tail, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane) for extra immune support and with support feeling grounded.* Alternatively, boil some water, add 8 fl oz (or so) to your favorite mug, add a serving of MacaForce, break up the clumps and blend well, cover, let sit for 5 minutes, sweeten to taste (optional), and sit back and relax as you let maca’s wisdom of the ages do its work.
