• 8 fl oz warmed nut/seed milk
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 dates or 2 teaspoons sweetener
• A pinch of your favorite unrefined, high-quality salt

Blend and serve warm.
