It is our sincere hope that this finds you all well and thriving. We want to take a moment to thank you for your patience and support as we make some big changes behind the scenes to serve you better!

We’d like to first assure you that we remain committed to providing you with the highest quality whole food supplements available on the market, along with exceptional service, despite some major challenges, both financial and otherwise. To better serve you, after using a call center for the past decade, we are in the middle of bringing customer service back in-house to ensure a more personal and seamless experience when you reach out to us.

In addition, we are in the middle of the monumental process of transitioning to a new shipping center—a move that will ultimately improve shipping times and efficiency. However, some unexpected software glitches during the transition have caused some orders to be stuck in cyberspace limbo for far too long, unbeknownst to us until recently, and for that, we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, as a result, there were also some shipping errors and breakages before we had a chance to properly train the extra shippers brought in urgently to help catch up on these backlogged orders. If your order has been affected, please accept our deepest apology, and please know that we are working tirelessly to resolve these issues as quickly as humanly possible.

Thank you for bearing with us, and hopefully sticking with us, during this chaotic time of great and much-needed change. Once we get through this, we assure you that we’ll provide the top notch level of customer service and shipping speed that we were known for back in the day! Both the new shipping situation and the in-house customer service should be fully operational by March 1st.
